Privacy Terms and Conditions

The Privacy Terms and Conditions regulate processing of personal data and use of cookies on the website of Vuokramies24 OÜ (hereinafter - “Vuokramies24”) https://Vuokramies24.ee (hereinafter - “the website”).

DEFINITIONS

Processing of personal data means any action performed regarding personal data of the user of the website (hereinafter - “the user”), such as collection, processing, preservation, correction or erasure.

Users mean all persons who visit the website, consume services or send information to Vuokramies24. This includes reading, ordering of services, or any other contact with Vuokramies24.

Services mean all products and services provided by Vuokramies24 free of charge or for a pay.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

By using the website, the user gives his or her consent to processing of his or her personal data in accordance with the present Privacy Terms and Conditions.

Vuokramies24 collects through the website the following personal data of users using the following methods:

e-mail address of the user – when the user joins the mailing list or sends an e-mail;

name and e-mail address of the user – when the user sends an inquiry;

statistics of website visits – using Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel.

USE OF PERSONAL DATA

Vuokramies24 uses personal data:

for provision of a service to the user, for example, for conclusion and performance of a contract, for communication with the user, for sending invoices;

for sending notifications regarding new items, services and campaigns to the e-mail address of the user, however, only subject to a prior consent of the user.

Vuokramies24 uses statistics of website visits for the purpose of improvement of the user experience provided by the website and for increasing effectiveness of marketing activities.

The user has the right to prohibit processing of his or her personal data at any time, except where processing is necessary for satisfaction of a claim arising from the contract, including for provision of a service.

SENDING OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PERSONS

A third person means a contractual partner of Vuokramies24 who processes personal data, and whose product or service Vuokramies24 uses for provision of services to the user.

In the course of its everyday activities Vuokramies24 may use third persons who provide the following services:

a system for sending and administration of e-mails,

website hosting,

analysis of statistics of website visits,

use of social media and analysis of statistics of social media,

use of accounting software.

In addition to the third persons listed above, Vuokramies24 sends personal data to its partners. This is done only to the extent which is necessary for provision of a service to the user.

STORAGE AND SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA

Vuokramies24 stores personal data for as long as it is necessary for achievement of the goal or required based on the law. For example, accounting data is stored for 7 years after the end of the financial year, but an e-mail address entered in the mailing list is stored until the user expresses his or her wish to erase the address from the list.

Vuokramies24 applies all reasonable measures for protection of personal data that is being processed. Access to personal data for the purpose of its change or for the purpose of its processing is provided only to authorised persons, and personal data of all users is treated as confidential information.

RIGHTS OF THE USER

The user has the right to do the following at any time:

to express the wish to get access to his or her personal data;

to demand making of a correction or addition to the personal data, or to demand erasure of the personal data under the terms and conditions provided for by the law;

to demand restriction of processing of the personal data;

to demand transfer of the personal data;

In order to protect his or her rights the user must send a respective request to the e-mail address info@Vuokramies24.ee.

If the user is listed in the mailing list of Vuokramies24, the user can delete himself or herself from the mailing list and to refuse to receive further e-mails, using the link located at the end of the e-mail.

In order to restrict the use of cookies the user can make respective choices in settings of his or her browser.

If the user believes that his or her rights regarding processing of personal data were breached, the user has the right to turn to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.

COOKIES

Vuokramies24’s website uses cookies for the purpose of assurance of the best user experience and the most effective marketing activities, as well as for collection of user statistics.

By using Vuokramies24’s website the user agrees with the use of cookers in accordance with the present Terms and Conditions.

A cookie is a small text file which is automatically saved by the browser to the device used by the user. Cookies can be created by different service providers, such as Google and Facebook. Cookies are not dangerous for the user’s computer.

There are two types of cookies:

Persistent cookies are stored in the cookie file located on the computer permanently. They can be used, for example, for recognition of the user as a returning visitor of the website, and for adaptation of the content of the website to the needs of the user, or for collection of statistical data.

Session cookies are temporary cookies, and they are deleted when the user leaves the website or closes his or her browser. Session cookies can be used for enabling certain functions of the website, for example, for submission of a request for a service or product.

Cookies are used for collection of information regarding the way in which the website is used, in order to make it more personalised and user-friendly for visitors. In addition to that cookies help to collect user statistics, which allow to measure and improve operation of the website, and provide basic information required for conduct of marketing activities.

In order to collect user statistics Vuokramies24 uses the Google Analytics services, which help to collect data regarding visited pages, time of visit, number of visits, devices used for visits, entry channels, as well as other statistics.

Still, Google Analytics may collect data regarding activity of the users without using cookie files. In order to prevent Google Analytics from using data, the user can install on his or her device an application that blocks Google Analytics: Browser solution for blocking Google Analytics.

AMENDMENT OF THE PRIVACY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Vuokramies24 reserves the right to amend the Privacy Terms and Conditions unilaterally and without an advance notice, in order to ensure their compliance with respective laws. The newest edition of the Privacy Terms and Conditions is always published on the website.
